Job summary

Fisher Investments Europe is seeking an Italian Client Service Associate to join our team in the UK. You will liaise daily with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and clients, providing exceptional service in both Italian and English.

You will partner with custodians and banks, support relationship management, and help prepare analyses and portfolio recommendations. Growth and progression are emphasized, with on-the-job training from a dedicated Team Leader.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Native/Fluent Italian and English skills.
• Strong client-service communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Partner with banks (custodians) to assist with administrative tasks.
• Assist Investment Counsellors with client inquiries and relationship management.
• Produce analyses and portfolio recommendations based on clients' financial situation.
• Receive on-the-job training from the Client Service Team Leader and grow professionally.
