Job summary

Prezzo Italian, part of Brava Hospitality Group, is expanding and looking for chefs at every stage of their kitchen career. You start at Level 1 with full training, progress to Level 2, and can reach Level 3 mastery by covering multiple sections and supporting the team.

The role focuses on cooking Italian classics, with emphasis on teamwork and guest hospitality. We offer training, a clear path from Level 1 to Level 3, and competitive pay depending on level and experience.

Qualifications

• A passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to follow recipes, safety and allergen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients and cook each dish to spec.
• Cover sections confidently through prep and service.
• Maintain quality, even on the busiest nights.
• Support teammates when busy and coordinate with front of house.
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures.
• Keep your section clean, organized and well stocked.
• Assist Level 3 with stock rotation and reducing waste.
