ONNEC Group is seeking an IT Workplace Technology Project Manager on a FTC to lead end-to-end projects across IT, AV, and structured cabling, with a primary location at Canary Wharf, London, and travel across the EMEA region.

You will manage planning, budgets, and risk, coordinate with client teams and suppliers, and mentor project staff while maintaining strict SLAs and high standards of delivery. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and the ability to work out of hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management within banking or large enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience delivering Workplace Technology projects – IT, AV, and structured cabling.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, MAC processes, and service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and asset/ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience mentoring and developing internal and 3rd party technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end projects across IT, AV, and structured cabling environments, including MAC moves/adds/changes and decommissioning.
• Mentor project teams to ensure quality, compliance, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee project planning, financial control, reporting, and supplier coordination.
• Manage risks, reporting and escalation to mitigate impact on service.
• Act as primary client interface to ensure service excellence and SLA alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure installs, desktop deployments, network, voice and AV.
• Maintain documentation and asset records across platforms such as ServiceNow and Ariba.
• Maintain system access via client training and self-attestation.
• Work in a small team with cross-collaboration to deliver high volumes of work.
