The Workplace Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of workplace IT technologies by providing end-user support, managing hardware and software installations, and performing troubleshooting and maintenance. They work with Apps Teams and Infra Teams to resolve end-user issues and ensure all workplace devices and systems function optimally to support business operations.
