MBH Global is offering an apprenticeship focused on secure IT asset management and data handling. You will learn to collect equipment, diagnose issues, repair and upgrade devices, and support daily operations.

The role requires punctuality, flexibility, excellent communication, attention to detail, and compliance with GDPR. Training is provided on relevant systems, with a start in October and opportunities for progression.

Responsabilidades

• General housekeeping.
• Go to collections in the UK/EU to collect IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot activities.
• Accurately diagnose hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, mobile phones and equipment.
• Repair, maintain and upgrade all types of computers/equipment.
• Receive, store and distribute equipment to appropriate departments and customers in a timely manner.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Inspection of incoming goods and outbound for damage and report to line manager.
• Record all information following company guidelines
