Job summary

• Repair, maintain and upgrade all types of computers/equipment.
• Receive, store and distribute equipment to appropriate departments and customers in a timely manner.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Inspection of incoming goods and outbound for damage and report to line manager.
• Record all information following company guidelines

Description

The successful candidate will undertake the following duties as part of their day-to-day role, while developing their skills and taking on broader responsibilities throughout the duration of the apprenticeship:

• General Housekeeping.
• Go to collections in the UK/EU to collect IT equipment.
• Perform troubleshoot activities.
• Accurately diagnose any hardware and software issues with computers, laptops, mobile phones, and any equipment that come into the business.
• Repair, maintain and upgrade all types of computers/equipment.
• Receive, store and distribute equipment to appropriate departments, customers in a timely manner.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Inspection of incoming goods and outbound for damage and report to line manager.
• Record all information following company guidelines
