Job summary

Softcat is expanding its internal technology transformation programme, TechFwd, and seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams. You will collaborate with programme managers, workstream leads and stakeholders to maintain momentum and provide clear visibility of progress.

The role requires strong planning, governance and risk management, with experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT or business-change projects and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to maintain an integrated view across delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience operating across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated view of delivery across TechFwd workstreams.
• Coordinate milestones and delivery commitments across workstreams.
• Identify cross-workstream dependencies and ensure momentum.
• Maintain RAID, risks and issues, and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate governance and reporting for programme forums.
