The Role
As an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills to leverage technology effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
Training Delivery – Designing and delivering engaging workshops, inductions, and webinars tailored to legal professionals.
Content Development – Creating and maintaining high-quality instructional materials, including manuals and e-learning resources
Continuous Improvement – Evaluating training effectiveness and refining programmes based on feedback.
Support & Guidance – Providing ongoing assistance to colleagues, ensuring they can confidently navigate IT systems.
Collaboration – Working closely with IT and HR teams to identify training needs and develop impactful strategies.
Technology Advocacy – Promoting a culture of learning and championing the adoption of new technologies within the firm.
Project Contribution – Participating in key technology initiatives, assisting with testing and documentation of new applications.
