Job summary

Quickline in Willerby (Hull) is seeking an IT Technician to provide first-line IT support across the business, focusing on Windows and Microsoft 365, and to help with device and account issues for colleagues.

You will join a busy service desk, deploy and configure hardware, and support joins/moves/leavers while keeping asset records up to date. Travel between Quickline sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT and building a career in technical support.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 is desirable.
• Clear communication and a helpful approach to support both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Calm, methodical mindset to troubleshoot issues and manage workload.
• Organised, security-conscious and able to travel between Quickline sites.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, supporting colleagues across Quickline
• Diagnose and resolve common device, account, application and connectivity issues
• Build, configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other equipment
• Support joiners, movers and leavers, while maintaining accurate asset and stock records
• Develop technical knowledge by working with Service Desk, SPMC and wider Engineering teams
