Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking an IT Technician to support our settings across the region. You will install, maintain and repair IT equipment in offices, classrooms and homes, while offering proactive support to help our teams provide aspirational environments for young people.

You will need solid experience with Microsoft OS and Office, plus iPad support and networking. A driving licence is required to travel between sites, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
• Experience providing iPad support, ideally in education.
• Good networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair IT equipment across sites.
• Provide daily IT support to teams and education environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to keep systems running smoothly.
