Marchant Recruitment is seeking a reliable IT Technician to join a friendly Lincolnshire school. You will ensure the school's IT systems, hardware and networks operate smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities include first and second line support for staff and students, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity, and maintaining computers, printers and classroom technology including AV equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational or classroom IT support.
• Ability to support staff and students.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
