About

WeDoData is working with an independent prep school in London with around 200 pupils and 60 staff, seeking an IT Technician to collaborate with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the school's IT functions.

The school is tech-driven, promoting interactive learning through interactive screens, VR, modern IT suites, and more.

The Role

You will be responsible for IT support across the school, resolving issues with software, hardware, networks, maintaining inventory, managing iPads & Chromebooks, and providing general end-user support to staff and students. The role involves working throughout the school environment, requiring a personable approach to assist with tasks ranging from password resets and event setup to advanced IT support like monitoring backup systems.

Requirements

You should have proven experience working in IT in a role that involves direct support to users. Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
