Morgan Jones is recruiting an IT Systems Support Engineer to join its busy IT team. You will provide end-user support, manage system access, and assist with upgrades and improvements across infrastructure and development projects.

The role offers hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SQL-based tasks, with opportunities to contribute to software enhancements and reporting in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11/Server.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users across the business.
• Configure new users, devices, and system access.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform administration of PCs, servers, and infrastructure.
• Assist with system upgrades and improvement projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support reporting and data extraction using SQL.
• Contribute to software development and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
