Qualifications

• 2 years' relevant experience in IT systems support.
• Proficient Windows desktop/server troubleshooting.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration.
• Advanced networking and PowerShell skills.
• Microsoft RDS experience and strong driving licence.
• DBS check (enhanced) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support, including escalations.
• Manage infrastructure such as servers, switches, CCTV and telephony.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with installations.
• Carry out cabling and Wi‑Fi installations as needed.
