Job Title: IT Systems Network Engineer

Duration: 12 Months FTC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join during the transition of legacy case management systems to modern, cloud-based solutions. Your focus will be on maintaining and supporting on-premises legacy systems during the ongoing transformation to cloud-based (AWS) SaaS solutions.

Your responsibilities will include 60% support for applications/systems on SQL and 40% general infrastructure support. We are looking for an all-arounder with good SQL knowledge.

What You Will Do

• Provide expert support and maintenance for legacy case management systems (Extranet, CMS, DTS, EKS2, and ADMS) in collaboration with IT teams.
• Ensure the smooth operation of legacy systems during the transition to cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, implementing necessary fixes.
• Contribute to ongoing system optimization to meet evolving business needs.
• Assist in coordinating upgrades, patches, and general system maintenance for both legacy and cloud-based systems.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Strong experience in SQL Server management and replication.
• Experience in writing and optimizing SQL scripts for system management and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint (on-premise & cloud).
• Experience managing and troubleshooting IIS web services.
• Understanding of API integration for system compatibility and data sharing.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and related infrastructure.
