Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll work closely with both our clients and the team, supporting day-to-day IT needs, maintaining systems, and helping to deliver reliable services across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with building management (Canonbury Yard) to arrange network installations and setups for tenants.
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits to client offices throughout London.
  • Provide Level 1/2 help desk support, including triaging issues and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clear, well-documented support processes and system records.
  • Support client IT infrastructure with tasks such as user/machine on-boarding and off-boarding, device upgrades, and applying software updates.
  • Data Centre and Network Operations work with tasks such as server installs, upgrades and Remote hands.
  • Assist with basic security maintenance, including reviewing antivirus-blocked items and manually checking quarantined emails.
