Job Description:

A large law firm has an opportunity to recruit a highly motivated enthusiastic team player to join the IT services team to provide user support.

KEY DUTIES

• Act as the first point of contact for all business IT incidents, answer calls professionally, understand caller’s issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, escalate when necessary, and record calls effectively.
• Monitor call lists to ensure effective handling according to service standards.
• Support and troubleshoot technologies such as Document Management System (Worksite), Outlook, Expert, Workshare, Enterprise Vault, laser forms, AnyConnect, VMware, Microsoft Office 2010 applications, Intelligent Hub, Ms. Intune, Office365, Citrix, Laptops, Desktops, Apple devices.
• Build, configure, and maintain PCs and laptops.
• Procure and support all London iPhones.
• Provide customers with regular updates on their issues.
• Share information and knowledge with team members and improve IT skills.
• Follow processes & procedures as per the Best Practice Guide, including Incident and Problem Management.
• Assist with project work, including floor walking.
• Communicate with third-party companies regarding warranty and new products.
• Stay updated with new PC/Laptop and iPhone platforms.
• Maintain good communication with international IT contacts to share knowledge and procedures.
