IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) (Remote - UK Based)

Are you an IT support professional seeking a fully remote role with a global schedule? A client is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team, providing top-tier technical support remotely from the UK during Australian hours. This is a new position as they bring their support in-house.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using systems like Zoho, Zendesk, or Jira.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
