Fintel is seeking an IT support professional to be the first point of contact for our IT Operations team, supporting around 400 colleagues across UK offices. As the first point of contact for our IT Operations team, you'll support around 400 colleagues across our UK offices, from everyday requests through to Microsoft 365 and device issues. When a problem needs deeper technical work, you'll hand it over to the specialists in the team.
You'll join a small, supportive team that shares knowledge openly, and you'll have a manager who has worked every step of the IT career ladder and is invested in helping you find your path. We're moving towards a cloud-native environment, so you'll gain great exposure as that journey progresses.

Location: This role is based in our Huddersfield head office 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays working from home.
