Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring hardware/software on-site and remotely for various clients.
• Supporting and troubleshooting Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), desktops (Windows 10/11), and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and other cloud services.
• Implementing cybersecurity tools and network security systems.
• Providing excellent customer support remotely and face-to-face.
• Contributing to project planning, design, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with cybersecurity products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
