We are hiring an IT Support Technician in London

Join our creative team as an IT Support Technician based in our Holborn office, with occasional work at our West London film studios.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing 2nd line IT support to staff, assessing issues, and implementing solutions.
2. Managing and optimizing Windows and Mac OS systems.
3. Replacing hardware components inside computers.
4. Optimizing systems for video editing workflows.
5. Managing network infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, switches, and access points.
6. Onboarding and offboarding employees.
7. Maintaining IT policies and protocols.
8. Supporting NAS systems and network security measures.
9. Asset management and ensuring equipment is well-maintained and organized.
10. Supporting creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
