Job description

IT Support Technician - MSP - Cheadle - £25K-£28K DOE

As the IT Support Technician, you will be joining a close-knit and sociable Managed Service Provider with a strong emphasis on culture fit alongside technical ability.

You will have the authority to resolve tickets independently or escalate them to senior team members, providing greater exposure to various problems and technologies to accelerate your progression. The role includes face-to-face customer support, so a full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Key Skills Required

• Experience in a Service Desk/MSP role
• Windows Server Operating Systems
• Active Directory
• Proficient with M365
• Networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP
• Customer-facing skills / Experience in a customer-facing role
• Full UK Driver’s license - essential
