Your new role

• This is a full-time, office-based role for an IT Support Analyst

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and support - Windows, MacOS
• Understanding of networking protocols: (TCP/IP), VPNs, DNS, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls
• Knowledge of device management tools: Intune, SCCM
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow
• Previous experience working in an IT Support role within the Financial Services / Investment Management industries
