Volvo Group in Warwick, UK seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on support across IT systems, applications, hardware and data access. You will help maximise the value of Volvo’s technology solutions by coordinating changes and vendor services while advising on IT solutions and cyber security compliance.

You will troubleshoot Windows, business applications and mobile devices, maintain data access, and contribute to ongoing system improvements and project work.

As our IT Support Specialist, you'll provide technical support across IT systems, applications, hardware and data access, helping our business units maximise the value of Volvo’s technology solutions.

You'll coordinate system changes and vendor services, support new technologies, advise on IT solutions, and help ensure software quality and cybersecurity compliance. It's a hands-on role where your technical expertise and passion for great service will make a real impact.

You're an IT professional with experience in 1st and 2nd line support, confident troubleshooting everything from Windows and business applications to hardware, mobile devices and data access.

You will also bring:

• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and mobile device management, alongside strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications. (Advanced Excel would be advantageous)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience contributing to or delivering IT infrastructure and business systems projects, from implementing new solutions and upgrades to improving existing ways of working.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and deliver projects and tasks to agreed deadlines.
• Confidence collaborating across teams and all levels, influencing others and helping introduce technologies that improve business processes.
• A commitment to excellent service, continuous learning and maintaining confidentiality, data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.

• Resolve technical issues across IT systems, business applications, hardware, mobile devices and user access, keeping disruption to a minimum.

• Contribute to IT site security assessments and help maintain compliance with Volvo Group standards and ISO cybersecurity controls.
• Guide and support colleagues in using their IT tools effectively, sharing knowledge and creating training materials where needed.
