Job summary

EMS Healthcare Ltd is seeking an IT Engineer to provide hands-on support across the IT environment, ensuring colleagues have reliable and secure access to systems, devices and services. The role covers incident resolution, service requests, endpoint management and cyber security controls.

You will work with colleagues, suppliers and the IT team to troubleshoot issues, maintain assets, support onboarding/offboarding, improve documentation and contribute to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support roles (service desk or similar).
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and AD.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, networking and remote access.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support for incidents and service requests.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune.
• Troubleshoot networking, VPN, Wi‑Fi and remote access issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and document IT processes.
• Contribute to IT projects and supplier coordination.
