Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with SSL certification on Windows systems.
• Strong understanding of computer networking and server management.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• An IT degree or a minimum HND in IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and remote support to customers.
• Liaise with customers, diagnose issues remotely, and manage tickets.
• Occasionally perform on-site work when required.
• Participate in product testing and customer onboarding.
• Configure, maintain, and update security systems to maximise uptime.
