Job summary

NW Security Group Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Wirral-based team on a full-time basis. You will provide high-quality remote and occasional on-site support for our security systems, diagnose faults, and assist customers with configuration and maintenance.

The role offers training and development in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00. Ideal candidates have at least three years of IT experience, SSL on Windows, networking and server

Qualifications

Minimum of three years' professional IT experience.
Experience with SSL certification on Windows systems.
Strong networking and server management knowledge.
Some PowerShell skills.
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
An IT degree, or an HND in IT.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and high-quality service to customers using NW Security's security systems.
Remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues; handle tickets; provide remote/phone support; on-site work when required.
Involve in product testing, customer onboarding, and completing system health checks.
Configure, maintain, and update customers' security systems to maximise uptime.
