Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly across operational sites. You will support end-user devices, assist in setting up new buildings, and propose improvements to IT processes while growing with leaders in warehouse tech.

You’ll travel to sites, work with on-site and remote colleagues, and help design infrastructure for new launches. A strong focus on documentation, teamwork, and creating reliable IT solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP).
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Experience working with Windows Server technologies.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user equipment and your building’s IT infrastructure.
• Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings.
• Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites.
• Train and mentor IT technicians.
