Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT systems running across operational sites. You will troubleshoot issues, support end-user equipment, and help deploy new infrastructure, working with teams to ensure high availability.

The role involves on-site and remote collaboration, mentoring technicians, and contributing to IT projects for new buildings. Fluent English, a high school diploma and IT experience in Windows, Mac or Linux are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• Experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user equipment and your building's IT infrastructure
• Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings
• Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites
• Train and mentor IT Technicians
