Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services or internal helpdesk environment.
• Confident communicator with clients and colleagues.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class technical support to customers.
• Support customers via email and telephone.
• Occasionally attend customer sites for face-to-face support.
