Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support desktops/laptops.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Provide recurrent IT security education/training to users.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding IT-related processes, including user setup and deactivation per HR.
• Coordinate IT training and orientation programs for users.
• Develop and implement training and documentation policies with approval.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and landlines.
• Manage IT procurement activities.
• Ensure software licensing is recorded and maintained.
• Report faults and maintain logs on servers, desktops and laptops.
• Maintain logs for equipment and users.
• Work with vendors to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Monitor security alerts and provide incident response.
• Maintain physical local network cabling, switches, and hubs.
• Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters.
