Job summary

Police Scotland's Digital Division is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver user support and fulfilment requests while contributing to projects across the ICT estate. You will be part of a professional ICT support team ensuring service, availability, and effective incident response across the organisation.

As part of the Digital Division, you will support officers and staff across Scotland, participate in an on-call rota with an allowance, and bring driving licence credentials to the role.

Job description

Police Scotland's Digital Division are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to help provide user support and request fulfilment, along with contributing to a number of upcoming projects. You will work as part of a professional ICT support team, ensuring a high level of service, support, systems availability, incident response and communication to all areas of the organisation.

As part of the team working in the Digital Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of technology to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.

You will be required to participate in an on call Rota for which an allowance will be paid.

A driving licence is required for this role.
