Job Description

Our client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working within IT Support and Infrastructure.

Required Skills:

1. High-level experience with Microsoft Windows (all versions), troubleshooting and resolving issues confidently using knowledge bases.
2. Proficiency in Active Directory - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI.
3. Citrix XenApps - Administration, Maintenance, and Support of existing XenApps server farm.
4. Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance, and support.
5. VMware virtualisation environments.
6. Experience with backups using various applications.
7. Networking skills - design, troubleshooting, installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, OSI model).
8. Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation, and setup.
9. Proficiency in PowerShell for backup, Azure, EMC.
10. VPN Administration and Deployment.
11. DNS administration (internal and external).

Additional Details:

• Salary: circa £45K - £55K.
• This is a hybrid position requiring presence in the office at least 3 days a week.
• 12-month full-time contract initially (FTC).
