The Role

Your daily responsibilities, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting clients across various technologies, troubleshooting, handling change requests, system builds, routine maintenance, and monitoring client networks.

• Development of client's network services
• Undertaking small-scale project work
• Assisting team members on larger IT projects
• Building, servicing, and repairing client devices on the workbench
• Quoting for clients
• Liaising with clients and colleagues
• Identifying opportunities for growth

Key Skills and Experience

• Previous IT support experience, ideally in an MSP
• Excellent customer service skills
• Keen to continue learning
• Car ownership is useful for occasional travel to sites
