The Role:

Your daily responsibilities, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting clients across various technologies to assist with troubleshooting, change requests, system builds, routine maintenance, and monitoring client networks.

1. Development of client network services
2. Undertaking small-scale project work
3. Assisting team members on larger IT projects
4. Building, servicing, and repairing client devices on the workbench
5. Quoting for clients
6. Liaising with clients and colleagues
7. Identifying opportunities for growth

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous IT support experience, ideally in an MSP
• Excellent customer service skills
• Keen to continue learning
• Car ownership useful for occasional travel to sites
