As the IT Support Engineer, you will be part of an established team serving as the primary contact for IT inquiries across Midlands offices. Your responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, servers, and cloud services at a 3rd Line level, and participating in projects with the Senior Infrastructure team, mainly within a Microsoft environment covering Azure and Office365 migrations and upgrades. You will also handle networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls), ensure IT policy compliance, manage assets, monitor performance, and liaise with vendors for procurement and upgrades.
£40,000 - £45,000 base salary, private pension, private healthcare, and more.
