Job summary

Silverback Films Ltd in Bristol is seeking an IT Support Assistant to join the Technical / Editorial Support team. The role covers day-to-day IT operations, hardware and software maintenance, and ensuring secure data management in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Office 365 admin, MacOS and Windows, and will assist with onboarding, offboarding, and documentation. The position is full-time with office hours and some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Early to mid-career IT support experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Understanding of basic networking and cloud storage.
