Corstorphine & Wright invites applications for an IT Support Apprentice in Birmingham. You will join the internal IT team, gaining hands-on experience across deployment, asset management, support for meeting rooms, printers and user administration, while studying for an ICT Level 3 diploma.
The role blends on‑the‑job learning with specialist training and a 17‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship. You will develop skills in Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, workstation setup, and daily IT
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £26,300 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed-term apprenticeship — expected duration 17 months
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday. Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working and you’ll learn on the job by getting hands‑on experience. Apprenticeships also include time away from working for specialist training where you’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

You will join our internal IT team and gain hands‑on experience providing practical technology support across Corstorphine & Wright’s studios. You’ll be supported throughout the apprenticeship as you build your confidence, develop technical skills and gradually take on more responsibility.
