Job summary

Squire Patton Boggs in Leeds is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the global IT Support function. You will handle end-user queries across Windows desktops, Microsoft 365 apps, and related systems, delivering first- and second-line support and contributing to documentation and project work.

You will work in shifts (6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm) as part of a 24/7 team in a busy law-firm environment, with potential travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• Work-based computer operations experience, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work across shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software and networking issues.
• Respond to support queries via phone, email and ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Log and document incidents accurately in the service desk tool.
• Support Windows desktops/laptops and Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Assist with project work and end-user documentation; travel to other offices may be required.
