Job summary

Squire Patton Boggs in Leeds is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the global IT Support team. You will be the first point of contact for end users and handle hardware, software and networking issues, logging details and resolving requests in the Service Desk system.

The role covers Windows desktops and Microsoft 365, document management, intranets, telephony and remote access tools. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, with travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• You will have work-based computer operations experience, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 applications and services, and other desktop applications.
• Experience with mobile devices and remote access tools is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for Windows desktops, devices and Microsoft 365.
• Respond to support queries via phone and email and document requests in the service desk tool.
• Participate in testing new software and assist in end-user documentation.
• Occasional travel to other offices may be required.
