Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT department. Reporting to the IT Support Manager, the role provides first‑line IT support across sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market and the Event Technical Centre, handling hardware, software and telecom systems with a high level of customer service.

Key duties include logging and tracking tickets, reassigning or escalating as needed, deploying hardware, supporting senior staff, and maintaining IT documentation and change

Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory.
• Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with IT service management best practices (ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote IT support across sites.
• Log, review, and escalate tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy, configure and maintain IT hardware and drivers.
• Support senior staff and maintain IT documentation and change processes.
