Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support, service delivery or systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, servers and business applications.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Desirable IT qualification, Datto RMM, Autotask or Snipe-IT experience, project reporting skills, and knowledge of assistive/educational tech.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents both remotely and on-site.
  • Support and maintain key IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services and business applications.
  • Work closely with third-party IT providers and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, system updates and patch management.
  • Maintain accurate asset management records and IT documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and user access.
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Produce project documentation, reports and progress updates.
  • Deliver guidance and training to staff to improve digital skills and adoption.

Are you a proactive IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and driving technology improvements? Do you want your work to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with disabilities?, Reporting to the Digital Transformation and Data Manager, you will provide first-class IT support to staff while helping to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical support, systems administration, cybersecurity, project support and stakeholder engagement. You will act as a key liaison between users and our Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and systems remain secure and operational.,
