Job summary

H+H International in Pollington, East Yorkshire, seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide effective technical support and maintain IT systems across the UK and Northern Europe. This permanent, full-time role covers incident handling, end-user device support, and IT infrastructure tasks.

You will contribute to projects, ensure security and policy compliance, and collaborate with teams in a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Solid secondary education (English and Maths essential).
• Higher education qualification required (NHD/HNC/NVQ/A‑LEVEL or equivalent).
• Proven IT Support experience with hands-on hardware/software maintenance.
• Ability to communicate at varying levels with diverse groups.
• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Able to research PC issues and diagnose/resolve problems.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate or Power Platform.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident and service request support across hardware, software, and systems.
• Maintain ownership of incidents through to resolution, engaging third parties when needed.
• Support end-user devices, operating systems and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Assist in IT infrastructure administration including networks, servers and cloud services.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and IT projects and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and changes; document knowledge.

We're looking for a talented IT Support Analyst to provide effective technical support and maintenance of our IT systems. The main purpose of the role is to ensure delivery of reliable, secure and efficient services to users across the organisation, in the UK & Northern Europe.

Provide technical support for IT

Incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and systems. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner in line with agreed service levels. Maintain ownership of incidents through to resolution, engaging with third parties where required.

Support

Support, maintain, and optimise end-user devices, operating systems, and business applications, including Microsoft 365 tools.

Assist

Assist in the administration and support of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based services. Provide first-line support and guidance for approved AI-enabled tools, ensuring users understand safe, responsible and policy compliant use.

Contribute & Identify & Communicate

Contribute to root cause analysis and the prevention of recurring incidents. Contribute to IT projects, system implementations, and service improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve IT services, processes, and user experience.

Communicate effectively with users to understand issues and provide clear technical guidance.

Share knowledge and provide support to colleagues where appropriate.

Build & Support

Build positive working relationships across the organisation and within the IT team.

Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new systems and changes.

Support compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.

Maintain & Produce

Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and system changes.

Produce and update technical documentation and knowledge articles.

What we're looking for

About You:

• Do you possess a solid secondary education (English and Maths are essential)
• Higher education qualification is required (e.g. NHD, HNC, NVQ, A-LEVEL or equivalent)
• Proven experience in IT Support roles, demonstrating hands‑on skills in hardware and software maintenance
• Ability to communicate at a variety of levels and with diverse groups
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to independently conduct research into PC issues and products, and efficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issue
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate or the wider Microsoft Power Platform
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
