Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Chelmsford is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the team onsite. You will support users, maintain day-to-day IT operations, and ensure business systems run smoothly across the organisation.

The role is fully onsite with free onsite parking. Responsibilities include resolving issues, delivering user training and maintaining IT assets and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, systems and end-user tech.
• Experience supporting business applications, databases or CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Well-organised, customer-focused with multitasking ability.
• Full UK driving licence with vehicle for occasional site travel.

A well-established organisation is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its team based in central Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in supporting users, maintaining day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring business systems and technology services run smoothly across the organisation.

This is a fully onsite position with free onsite parking provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for business systems, databases and core applications.
• Act as the onsite point of contact for IT issues, working alongside an outsourced IT support provider.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where required.
• Deliver user training, IT inductions and practical guidance to staff on systems and technology.
• Support the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user devices, peripherals and IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support issues and system updates.

Experience Required

• Previous experience in an IT support or service desk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software, systems and end-user technology.
• Experience supporting business applications, databases or CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Well organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel between sites.
