Job summary

Infused Solutions in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Technology Business Partner to lead technology strategy and transformation at executive level. You will shape technology roadmaps, align initiatives with business goals, and collaborate with senior leaders across engineering, architecture, product and operations to deliver measurable value.

The role offers a permanent contract, a salary of £115,000–£125,000 plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits, with hybrid working and a London office.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead large-scale engineering and digital transformation programmes.
• Influence executive stakeholders and translate tech capability into business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop technology roadmaps.
• Provide strategic leadership across technology, architecture, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, engineering and digital transformation.
• Lead complex technology programmes with delivery excellence and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Champion modern delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, platform engineering, automation and AI-enabled software development.
• Build relationships across business and technology functions, bridging technical teams and executives.
• Influence technology investment decisions based on business value and strategic impact.
• Drive innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement across technology delivery.
• Contribute to wider technology leadership and future technology direction.
