Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive in London seeks an IT Senior Director, Business Relationship Manager to shape IT strategy for the EMEA region and drive digital transformation. You will build executive-level relationships, govern multi-year roadmaps, and lead IT initiatives across cloud and cybersecurity domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years in IT application development, operations and cybersecurity.
• Proven knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
• PMP or similar IT program management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps for Aristocrat Interactive and EMEA.
• Build relationships with executive business and IT leaders.
• Lead IT project governance from ideation to delivery.
• Coordinate IT projects and change management across the EMEA region.
• Create and present executive-level portfolio and roadmap updates.
• Evaluate proposals with business leadership to enable value-driven solutions.
• Drive portfolio management with regular reviews and steering committees.
• Serve as EMEA Site Leader for IT and mentor the IT team.
• Map capabilities and assess maturity to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure alignment with global governance via portfolio intake forums.
• Lead continuous improvements and value optimization in IT.
