Aristocrat Interactive seeks an IT Senior Director Business Relationship Manager to shape IT strategy for the Interactive and EMEA regions. Based in London, the role combines executive partnership with hands-on governance and change leadership across global IT functions.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in IT leadership, with a track record in cloud migration, cybersecurity, multi-year roadmaps, and enterprise integration. A dynamic leader ready for travel within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT application development, operations and cybersecurity experience.
• PMP, development and IT operations certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives across diverse markets.
• Experience leading digital transformation programs including cloud migration and enterprise integration.
• Ability to manage multi-year roadmaps and report on progress and outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of remaining effective under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps for Aristocrat Interactive and EMEA regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive business collaborators and IT leaders.
• Lead IT project governance from ideation to execution.
• Coordinate IT projects and lead change management across the EMEA Region.
• Create high-impact executive presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap statuses.
• Partner with business leadership to evaluate proposals and develop solutions amidst high complexity.
• Drive portfolio management, including operations reviews and steering committees.
• Lead the EMEA IT site as the leader, growing the IT team.
• Perform capability mapping and maturity assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure alignment with global governance through portfolio intake and prioritization forums.
• Drive continuous improvements and value optimization within IT.
