Position Summary:

The IT Solutions Architect is responsible for understanding customer requirements and integrating IL’s IT Solutions, including connectivity, interfacing, cybersecurity, and workflow from pre-sale to go-live. This role involves providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance on workflow design and implementation to meet business objectives.

The architect will generate designs addressing customer needs, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the implementation team understands requirements, and delivers successful solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

Essential Functions:

• Provide pre-sale consulting, design, implementation, and support for current and potential customers.
• Analyze customer clinical and IT environments to understand workflows and configuration needs.
• Collaborate with Sales & Applications Consultants to design solutions.
• Create and present IT solution workflows, network diagrams, and visual communications for review and approval.
• Act as the voice of the customer within internal teams.
• Provide escalated on-site support as requested by the IT Solutions Manager.
• Ensure all security clearances and documentation are completed and provided to customers on time.
• Identify gaps, propose mitigation plans, and escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure designs comply with all regulatory policies and records.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• At least five years’ experience in customer-facing/support roles within medical device or healthcare fields.
• Experience working in healthcare settings or as a Systems IT Analyst preferred.

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

• Expertise in cybersecurity and industry trends.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and interface technologies (Interface Engines, IT Security, Connectivity, Databases, ADT/POCT Devices).
• Fluency in English required.
