JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing team at Storyblok. You'll drive successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing solution design for our strategic accounts. You will design, prototype, and guide implementations of Storyblok in different environments. You will work closely with the product, partner, and customer success teams to come up with tailored solutions that address the challenges of our enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Primary

• Serve as the lead technical advisor for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and expansion phases.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to define customer goals and craft detailed technical enablement plans.
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and architecture reviews with customer engineering and product teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
• Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok.
• Advocate for customer needs internally by providing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams.
• Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a world-class solutions engineering team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, technical consultant or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs).
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage.
• Strong command of the English language.
