A leading training provider is seeking an experienced IT Apprenticeship Coach to support apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification and experience as an Infrastructure Technician or ICT Skills Coach. Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role, or relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. The role will predominantly involve one-on-one coaching with apprentices.
